The Black Homeschooler’s Association is a non-profit organization in Fulton, Kentucky . Our organization was developed to encourage blacks (African Americans) to see the benefits of home education and training. It is said that Blacks are joining the home schooling community at an alarming rate. With the rise in violence, drop outs and failing grades many parents are taking their children’s education very personal. Even with all the controversy surrounding home schooling families of all races are finding this to be the only option of educating their children.

The Black Academy is part of Virtue, Inc.’s (a non-profit organization) Afro-centric education initiative. We have designed a supplemental, educational program tailored to those who wish to provide their child(ren) with an afro-centric education. Our educational materials and products are designed and published with people of color in mind. We work with black professionals, educators and community groups to bring you the best possible education at an affordable price. Our materials come in many forms including CD, printed or downloadable files (the most cost effective)
